What To Expect Please call to schedule appointment 2-3 weeks before wear date for alterations or 5-6 weeks for custom making a dress. Alterations are typically completed within a week. 1st Appointment: Consultation. We will go over the designs, types of fabrics and decorative touches. An estimate will be given. I will take measurements, and we will set up a second appointments. (First half payment is due). 2nd Appointment: Please bring shoes, slip and foundations you will be wearing. I will pin your dress (for alterations), if making your gown, I will pin the first pattern. (This is done to get the best fit, before I cut the fabrics that your dress will be made from). So minor design changes are still possible at this stage. 3rd Appointment: Bring Shoes, slip and foundations. If alterations, you should be able to pick up your item, if custom making your gown, I will pin the dress (from the real fabrics, should be just minor, final touches). 4th Appointment: Final check up, and to pick up of your item. The final payment is due at pick up
